[CFUD] Pre-Intro
[To end up somewhere directly after his conversation with Crowley is extremely suspicious, and the overwhelming darkness is the thing Castiel notices first. He can tell he's still on Earth, but it's not a part of it that he's ever been made aware of. Which seems... impossible, really, since a quick search of the area shows him hordes of undead and all manner of creatures that should not exist.
Not just creatures, but powerful beings hiding in human form, much like him and yet not at all the same. This entire place is baffling, like a void that he's been shoved into. He would almost say that this is a place Gabriel would be likely to send him just to get him out of the way, but Gabriel is...
No, with the unfamiliar creatures here, this is more likely a creation of Eve's. Was this some sort of failsafe, then, set up to drag him in if she was killed? And how could she have the power to hold him here?
Either way, it seems that he's not the only one. Castiel spots the Impala on his third fly-around and immediately lands, finding a structure next to it which he can immediately tell is warded. Seeing how both Dean and Sam had behaved idiotically during their last encounter, it's possible they're trying to avoid him.
It's not that simple. More than that, he needs to speak with them about this situation. Castiel walks up to the door and starts banging on it. The lights inside, if any are on, might be flickering as a result.]

Yeah, I mean. Of course you would.

Sorry, Cas. It's just—let's just say it's been a while. And a lot of the time you were here, we got to talk more. Since, you know, trapped, same place. Research and things. You'll probably want to be filled in on that, actually.

We are trapped, then. I'll assume you've exhausted every method.

But right now, I'm fine with it. I have work to do.

And ... something's coming. Something big. If we don't stop it, everyone's world can get destroyed. But um, try not to pass that around. We're trying to keep people from panicking. People here ... consider me a leader, oddly enough. I'm expected to help, and it's something I stand by.

[Not that this is any different from how things have been for him lately, but Sam and Dean don't know the full extent of that.]

But ... thanks, Cas. We'll need it.

A woman named Elizabeth. Once spurned because she thought her fiancé was dead, now she ... doesn't really have a reason like that. I mean, outside of science. Of course, Stephan was always around. Elizabeth is good at missing things when they're right before her. Or maybe she liked having a reason.
Most of the crazy shit that's happened here has been Elizabeth's fault. Maybe not directly, maybe it was just because someone had a vendetta against her and her family, but that's just the way things are.

What else?

All right, so that was happening. The biggest adversary that Elizabeth—and therefore camp—has had to deal with was a guy name Masque. I never saw him myself because—uh, well, I got trapped in hell during that time. When camp decided to spit me back out, it had moved from a swamp in the middle of Louisiana to ... here. Which was funny and is still funny, considering how much it looks like Kansas. I'm sure it's familiar to you, too.
[a beat, as he lets Cas soak that in]
Since then, things have mostly been the troubles at Halloween, but something new is coming. Last January, we got a visit from outsiders. They opened a door and some of us—Dean and I were included—ended up sent to parallel universes. Basically, I got to live in an alternate world for a while before coming back. When I did, camp started changing. The amusement park that's set up here started appearing, and suspicious things were happening. I started looking into it and found myself acquainted with a space captain and her crew. She started telling me information and I've been telling everyone else.
The biggest thing is, something's coming. They were drawn here because camp is a bridge between universes. And what's coming wants to destroy camp; it's called the Devourer and it was created by Gods upset at how ... selfish worlds are. All it does is eat, nothing else. There have been some attempts at stopping it, but those were thwarted by some mishaps, so it's on camp now.
There's a little bit of filler here and there that I left out, but that's the gist of it. Next month, I'm gonna go get a book to help us sort things out; that may or may not prolong the coming of the creature. Last I heard, we have until April. Maybe longer.

What kind of book? And Sam, tell me truthfully. Do you believe it's possible to stop this?
[Suddenly, an Apocalypse led by one archangel seems like the least of his problems.]

[he pauses, shaking his head]
The book is one from someone else's world. Apparently it's magic; it has any amount of knowledge you need.
