Hey, have you heard from Dean? I can't seem to get him on the phone.
[Don't panic, or anything. It's not like Dean always answers unless he's mad, and he didn't seem to be mad the last time they talked, but sometimes Dean's a girl like that and jut doesn't say anything, am I right?]
[There's a delay before Castiel texts back, as he takes a few minutes to thoroughly search the mansion and the surrounding area. The fact is that he hasn't heard from Dean since their conversation a couple of days ago, which wouldn't be so out of the ordinary as Castiel's been scarce since their argument.
But things have been smoothed over, and even if they hadn't been, this would still be cause for concern.]
Its strange. Theres no sign of him, but his room is exactly the same.
[The last time Dean had disappeared, it hadn't happened like this. And with the addition of all the Christmas decorations, it feels like it could be an event, but the timetable's off, isn't it?
Blake tries to decide exactly how much he wants to share, how much he wants to ask, and it's not easy. He's not so close to Castiel, even if he feels like he ought to be.]
He's been acting off, too. Or am I just blowing things out of proportion?
[If Dean had been just about anywhere in Wonderland, Castiel should have been able to find him. It's not a large enough place for Dean to hide from him, and besides, what reason would he have to avoid his friends? Dean's been telling him this whole time that he's happy for the friends he has here, so none of this makes sense.
It's as if he just vanished in thin air. Or been taken. His phone is even present.]
Off
How so
We havent been talking much
[Which should be a sign of something, but their argument can't have anything to do with this. Can it?]
Ive looked all over, including the woods. Hes not anywhere.
[At this point, is it worth it to mention that the two of them have been at odds? It would probably explain why Dean's seemed distracted, but it wouldn't have anything to do with his disappearance.
If Dean had wanted Blake to know, he would have said something, and so Castiel elects to keep it to himself. It's between him and Dean.
Yes, it still is. From what Ive been told, if someones phone stays behind, that means theyll return with their memories intact.
[It's only a theory, though, but Castiel's read and heard it in a few different places, so that's reason enough to hope.
Granted, he's not sure he wants to know what the future brings back home, but he'll definitely have a lot of questions for Dean if that turns out to be the case.]
[Castiel's convinced that Dean is nowhere in Wonderland, not anymore, but that won't stop him from checking again and again, just in case. In a way, he's relieved that there's someone else who's also keeping an eye out... even if it is just a human who only has his legs to rely on. Castiel's seen humans do amazing things with the small amount that's been granted to them, and so he knows not to underestimate it.]

Just off. Distracted, or... something. It's hard to explain.
You've looked for him? I'm going to check the woods, if not.

Still, the timing of this is... worrisome.]
He may return a week from now with new memories.

[Blake just can't accept the idea that Dean might end up reset like Castiel. It's a harsh word, but it really is beginning again.]
