[It's not a statement Castiel can argue with. He likes doing the right thing. Yes, when he actually knows what that is. Sometimes it isn't entirely clear, and that's what makes things so complicated in his life.

This is a warning he feels he has to pay attention to. If a werewolf is scared of someone, it must be particularly bad. Castiel doubts this person (or creature) is any match for him, though.]
